This event was held in Sydney as it was a convenient location for majority of employees. We kicked of the week with a casual poolside welcome function with themed food stations from around the world, so guests could relax and interact with colleagues from other states and start fresh the next day. We held a mid-week Awards dinner onsite, to celebrate the achievements of the team. It was a fantastic Oscars style night, with awards, entertainment, theming and prizes. Multiple breakouts were managed, each with their own theming and setups and a program with a balance of leisure time, fun activities and meaningful business was developed.
